Why we show the math

A lot of real estate tools hide the numbers until you hand over your contact information. We do the opposite. Every property page shows the estimated rent, the all-in payment, the DSCR, and the monthly cashflow up front — because an investor deciding where to put real money deserves to see the deal before deciding to talk to anyone.

Where the numbers come from

Rent estimates are built from current market comparables in each property’s ZIP code — not a per-property guess — and every listing is scored against the criteria real investor loans actually use. The figures are estimates, not a commitment to lend, and a loan officer confirms real terms before anything moves forward.
