• Consent records — if you check a box to be contacted by phone or text, we store the exact consent language, along with a timestamp, as a record of your authorization.
• Waitlist interest— if your state isn’t yet active, the state and (optionally) the ZIP and email you provide to be notified.

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage and device data (such as pages viewed and general interaction events) collected through privacy-conscious product analytics to understand and improve the Service.

Information from third parties

• Property listings, prices, and rent comparables from third-party real estate data providers. This data describes properties, not you.

• To generate property estimates and your personalized plan.
• To connect you with a licensed mortgage professional and respond to your inquiry.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email, or — with your separate consent — text message.
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service.

3. How we share your information

With mortgage partners. When you ask to get matched or pre-qualified, we share your contact details and the inputs relevant to your inquiry with the licensed mortgage professional(s) who can follow up with you. This is the core purpose of the Service.

With service providers. We use vendors that host our infrastructure, manage communications, and provide analytics. They may process your information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

For legal reasons or business transfers. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain analytics activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under some state laws — see Section 6 for how to opt out.

4. Communications and your consent

We only send marketing texts or place automated calls to numbers for which you have given express consent.
