1. What BuyBox is — and is not

BuyBox is an informational tool that estimates whether a rental property may generate enough rent to cover a typical investment-property loan payment, and connects interested users with licensed mortgage professionals. BuyBox is not a lender, mortgage broker, real estate broker, or financial advisor. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, or guarantee that any property, loan, or term will be available to you. All financing is provided by independent, licensed third parties and is subject to their underwriting, appraisal, and approval.

2. Estimates only — no professional advice

Rent figures, payment estimates, debt-service-coverage (DSCR) ratios, cashflow numbers, down-payment amounts, and any “personalized plan” produced by the Service are estimates generated from third-party market data and general program assumptions. They are illustrative only, will not match your actual loan terms, and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or real estate advice. You should independently verify all figures and consult qualified professionals before making any purchase or financing decision.

3. Contacting you and lead submission

When you submit your contact information through the Service, you authorize BuyBox and its mortgage partners to contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, and — if you separately check the consent box — by text message (SMS), including through automated means, at the number and address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of calls and texts at any time (reply STOP to texts), and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Property and market data

Property listings, prices, rent comparables, and related data are provided by third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Listings may change or sell at any time. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any property or data displayed.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for use in the United States.

6. Acceptable use

• You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service, or build a competing dataset from it.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with or disrupt its operation or security.
• You may not misrepresent your identity or submit another person’s information without their permission.

7. Intellectual property
