Broker Buy Box (“BBB,” “we”) operates a free advertising venue where real-estate investors can list investment properties, browse listings, receive deal alerts, use free analysis tools, and purchase marketing data. We are not a real estate brokerage and we provide no brokerage services.We do not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate on anyone's behalf, coordinate transactions, or charge listing fees, success fees, or commissions. Parties who connect through the venue transact directly with each other and close through licensed title/escrow professionals of their own choosing.

Mortgage and financing services referenced on this site are provided by independent licensed mortgage professionals, not by BBB itself. Using the venue never obligates you to use any affiliated financing. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, a rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Financing reads and tool outputs are educational estimates only.

By submitting a listing you represent that (a) you own the property or hold a contractual (equitable) interest in it, (b) you will disclose the nature of your interest to prospective buyers, and (c) the information you provide is accurate to your knowledge. We review listings before publication and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion. Listings are provided by their submitters; we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee them. Buyers must perform their own due diligence.

Purchased lead lists are licensed to you non-exclusively for your own lawful marketing use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the data. The data is compiled from public government records and provided as-is; it is marketing data, not a consumer report, and may not be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy decisions). You are solely responsible for the legality of your outreach, including TCPA, the Do Not Call registry, CAN-SPAM, and state equivalents.

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misrepresent properties or interests, scrape the venue, harass other users, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Real estate investing involves risk; outcomes are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
