We pulled Broward County's official records: every mortgage, HELOC, and refinance recorded against every residential parcel.
Each open lien is matched to its satisfaction of mortgage. Only owners with zero surviving recorded debt make the list.
Every row carries the situs address. Look any of them up on Broward's public records site and check our work. That's what the free sample is for.
Filters on every row: residential use codes only, $100k-$2M market value, individual owners (government, banks, institutional owners excluded), deliverable situs and mailing address, no recorded lien surviving 2018-2025, and no arm's-length sale recorded in that window. Parcels that transacted since 2018 are excluded, so every row is a provable long hold. One more list exists that is not free: sellers who list a property on the exchange get our verified recent cash-buyers list (2,005 absentee owners who bought with no mortgage since 2018) as a thank-you.
